Looking for Earn-and-Learn Opportunities? Join a Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Hands-on Career Training with a Guaranteed Paycheck

In addition to the White Glove program, Fastport helps place candidates into earn-and-learn programs across the nation.

From their first day of work, apprentices receive a paycheck that is guaranteed to increase as their training progresses. Apprentices also complete a combination of job-related instruction and hands-on training at the job site leading to a nationally-recognized, portable credential.

In connection to paid department of labor, Fastport offers approved Registered Apprenticeship programs in the transportation & logistics sector, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence to bridge skills gaps to access great careers.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Register

Registering is not a commitment but ensures that you are in consideration for the cohort of your choice and will be updated with information on employers as they newly sign on to employ apprentices like you.

Step 2: Apply

After completing an assessment, you will be matched with participating employers in your geographical area, interview, and get hired either through a traditional pathway or through an apprenticeship.

Step 3: Apprentice

If you’re looking for skill-gap training, an apprenticeship will help you become a true expert in the field of your training and have a clear path to follow for your continued career.

Step 4: Credential

When an apprentice graduates from a career training program, he or she earns a certified portable credential accepted by industries and employers across the U.S.

In partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship.
